Terms and conditions for Classroom Training
In these Terms and Conditions, "we", "us" or "our" means e-Careers Limited and "you" means the person or business that purchases delegate places on classroom courses (“Open Events”) at various locations, as set out in the e-mail confirmation from us after you have paid the requisite fees. By completing and submitting the electronic order form (or proceeding through the 'checkout process') & or by speaking to an e-Careers representative you are making an offer to purchase goods which, if accepted by us, will result in a binding contract. Neither submitting an electronic order form nor completing the checkout process constitutes our acceptance of your order.
Each of these Terms and Conditions shall be read and construed independently of each other so that if one or more is held to be invalid for any reason whatsoever, then the remaining Terms and Conditions shall be valid. Further, if any Term or Condition is found to be void, but would be valid if some part of it were deleted, then such Term or Condition shall apply with such modification as may be necessary to make it valid and effective. We shall not be responsible for any failure to perform our obligations due to circumstances beyond our control. All of these Terms and Conditions are governed by English law and the Courts of England will have exclusive jurisdiction.
Classroom Training is provided by us in association with SPOCE Project Management Limited (an Accredited Training Organisation – our training partner). We run "Open" events at various locations and will use suitable venues with the provision of appropriate approved trainer. Pre-course reading materials may be supplied to each delegate prior to the event. Each course will aim to have between 7 and 16 delegates. Please note that all of the Classroom Training is delivered by our training partner SPOCE Project Management Limited. Once you have placed the order with us which has been duly accepted (as mentioned above), you will be sent your course joining instructions by our training partner. If you do not hear from them within 3 working days or require any additional information or clarifications, please contact us.
We reserve the right to cancel or re-schedule any classroom training course. Delegates not able to attend 'rescheduled' course will be refunded the invoiced value, less the value of any non-returned or opened 'pre-course' materials. We cannot cover the reimbursement of any costs incurred due to cancellation of the course (for e.g. travel, hotel etc.). All copyrights to all content, copy, images, video, course materials, downloads or any other information used to promote or provide the classroom training will vest solely in the name of e-Careers Limited or SPOCE Project Management Limited as the case may be and it is protected by intellectual property right laws and all such rights are reserved.
